Welcome to the Melton Menopause Café, a friendly, supportive space where we talk all things menopause over a cuppa. Whether you're pre, peri, post-menopause or just curious, you're welcome here.

We meet on the last Thursday of the month at Lea and Co Cafe, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray - 6.30pm till 8pm.
There’s no agenda, no judgment, just honest chat, shared experiences, and a chance to feel seen and supported.
Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, connected, and a little more informed.
