Broadway Boogie is a high energy dance fitness workout inspired by broadway and musical theatre. You can dance, sing and express yourself while working out to all your favourite musical melodies.
Broadway Boogie is suitable for all participants of any fitness level. It uses the principles of aerobic training mixed with resistance and interval training to maximise the cardio component of the class to ensure a high calorie burn.

ZUMBA® GOLD
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class.

Beginners Line Dancing
Beginner Line Dancing is a friendly, no-pressure class where you’ll learn simple routines step-by-step to brilliant music, build confidence, and have a proper laugh while you move.
You don’t need any experience. We start from the very basics, break the dances down clearly, and repeat them so you can really get the hang of it.

BBLB Mash Up classes are our feel-good mix of everything we love, a blend of dance fitness styles and upbeat routines that keep your body moving and your brain smiling.
