Service Description

Zumba® Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class. Zumba® Gold is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves, focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Cancellation Policy

**Polite Reminder** There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for anyone who pre-books and pre pays for a class, and also those that use their ‘10 class plans’ for booking a space in one of our dance fitness classes. If you cancel within the 24 hours, unfortunately we are unable to refund the class fee or the session back to your ‘10 class plan’. Our ‘10 Class Plans’ are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase (not the date of the first class booked). We are unable to extend your plan if you have not used the sessions by the end of the time period. If you book and don't pay online this is classed as a "walk in" and the class session will be charged the standard "walk in" price.
