Sally Riley

Hi I’m Sally!

My passion for fitness started over 15 years ago, so you name it, I’ve tried it!

Over the last decade my primary focus has been strength & conditioning, with the goal of feeling confident and capable in my own body.

I strongly believe that past ideals around body image and enforcing restrictive diets has lead so many of us to have an unhealthy relationship with our bodies. It’s become my mission to reverse this and empower women.

Laura Moulds

Hello, I’m Laura, founder of 360 Fitness, Health and Wellbeing. With over 25 years’ experience in teaching and coaching,

I specialise in inclusive, supportive group fitness that helps people feel stronger, more confident and at home in their bodies.

My journey began after having children, when I rebuilt my own fitness and discovered a passion for helping others do the same. I teach a wide range of classes and hold advanced qualifications, including Functional Pelvic Floor and Senior Fitness. I’m passionate about mental wellbeing, continuous learning, and creating welcoming spaces where everyone can move, improve and feel supported.

Chrissy Edwards

Fitness came into my life in my early twenties, after spending 17 years working as a Beauty Therapist and regularly attending fitness classes. What started as something I enjoyed for myself gradually became something much bigger, and I found myself drawn to the idea of becoming an instructor. At the time, I never imagined I would reinvent myself and step into a completely new career, but I took the leap and turned that passion into my purpose.

Since then, I have gained my gym qualifications, along with Level 3 Personal Training, Exercise to Music, Exercise for Older Adults and Zumba. I currently work full time at Ragdale Hall, alongside teaching my Pilates VIBE class on Monday evenings at John Ferneley School and dance fitness classes at Melton Sports Village on most Thursday mornings.

I am passionate about helping people enjoy movement and feel good in themselves. Outside of work, I love music, food, animals and holidays.
