BROADWAY BOOGIE

Broadway Boogie is a high energy dance fitness workout inspired by broadway and musical theatre. You can dance, sing and express yourself while working out to all your favourite musical melodies.

Broadway Boogie is suitable for all participants of any fitness level. It uses the principles of aerobic training mixed with resistance and interval training to maximise the cardio component of the class to ensure a high calorie burn.

Clubbercise

Bring a night out to your workout with this award-winning cardio-based dance fitness session that’s proven to benefit both physical and mental health! Clubbercise features LED glow sticks and easy-to-follow routines set to a soundtrack of club anthems from the 90s to the latest chart hits.

 

The moves are a combination of dance, toning and combat with high and low impact options to suit all fitness levels. Born in 2013, there are now around 100,000 people taking regular Clubbercise classes worldwide.

SLAMFIT

Slamfit is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve stability and fitness. The class combines functional exercises, conditioning work, and simple, effective movements that can be adapted to suit all levels.

 

Sessions use a mix of equipment including slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells and sandbags to keep training varied and engaging. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and core work delivered in a structured and enjoyable way.

Trevonne - Ballet Class

Trevonne Stage School has been sharing the joy of dance for over 50 years, inspiring generations through movement, creativity and performance.

 

At Melton Fitness Festival, this Adult Ballet class will blend the beauty of ballet with the benefits of a full-body workout, exploring key elements of technique through a series of exercises before bringing everything together in a short ballet routine.

 

Perfect for both complete beginners and those returning to ballet, this class offers a lovely chance to move, learn and enjoy the art of dance.

Yoga For Change

Hatha Yoga
A mixture of dynamic movements and longer holds in certain positions. Emphasis is on the synchronicity of movement with breath, traditionally, preparing the body for meditation.


What to expect from my classes:
Our journey begins with a vinyasa sequence to warm the body and centre the mind, leading onto static postures. Each session will end with relaxation – savasana (a mini meditation) – allowing body and self to just be, before returning to your day.  I weave many nuances form my many trainings into classes, including Yoga Therapy.  Keen to not be too ‘woo woo’, I balance traditional yoga philosophies with researched neuroscience.

Aurae Reformer

This all abilities reformer class is designed for everyone, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or more experienced. Each session focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall wellbeing, with options and progressions to suit every level.

 

You’ll be guided through controlled, low-impact movements that support posture, core stability, and full-body conditioning.

 

Our aim is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace, feel confident, and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and energised after every class.
